Dreading the holiday season?
Wishing things could be different this year?
Join us for a breakthrough afternoon. “Show up, be seen, live brave™” and create the kind of holiday season that will refresh you and renew your spirit.
Explore your deepest concerns and develop new strategies for:
- coping with relatives
- saying NO to certain invitations
- curbing your expectations and “have-to’s”
- rumbling with grief and navigating loss
- halting overspending
- understanding nostalgia for the way holidays used to be or never were
With the assistance of exclusive teaching materials and videos by Dr. Brené Brown, we’ll get curious about common pitfalls, as we process and practice new ways of approaching the holidays. Sign up today! Workshop includes a follow-up conference call mid-November.
