Trust and Connection: Trust is a vital component of our human experience. Without it, there can be no real connection or love, no willingness to be vulnerable and no sense of belonging. In this mini-workshop, we’ll explore how we build trust, why we lose it and how to get it back. In addition, we’ll address how self-trust is often a casualty of failure. By assessing our level of self-trust and getting curious about our stories, we’ll have the foundation needed to understand that trust and mistakes can co-exist. This topic is based on the Daring Way™ and Rising Strong™ curricula developed from the research and books of Dr. Brené Brown.
Trust and Connection only
TWO Workshops – Trust/Connection AND Living Big
(see below to register for single workshop 4/10/18)
Tuesday, April 10, 2018, 7 – 9 PM
Living BIG: Do you assume that people are doing the best they can? Or do you find that you spend time questioning and judging the choices and motives of others? When we hold healthy boundaries, and practice our core values, we are less likely to be resentful of others and devastated by disappointment. Join the conversation and exercises of this mini-workshop to understand what it means to live BIG (boundaries, integrity and generosity) and cultivate this life-enhancing practice. This topic is based on the Rising Strong™ curriculum developed from the research and books by Dr. Brené Brown.
