Free Coaching

me and a chickadee

These are uncertain times, now more than ever, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Since taking 24/7 refuge in my home, my morning meditation has included the loving kindness phrase: May I accept all things exactly as they are. Followed by: How can I help?

This is how I can help. I can be a sounding board for your fear and frustration. I can support you in leaning in to your current situation. Together we can talk about how to acknowledge and rumble with the voice of fear and anxiety, without letting it take you down into despair. We can work together to help you make choices that are for your highest good, for you and your loved ones.

Remember, this too shall pass. There is a future to be lived. What we do now matters. We need your clear mind, loving heart, and decisive action.

The purpose — to determine if a personal life coaching relationship would be helpful to you and if we are a good match. What I offer today is different — no strings attached — support for you for this moment in time as you navigate this crisis.

Hi Cate, I would love to attend your workshop on the 23rd, but I am scheduled to work that night. I am going to see if it will be all right for me to leave work early, if so, I will see you there. I can get back to you to give you a definite answer in a few days. Thanks! Jackie

I have been looking around online for a Brene Brown workshop and came across yours scheduled for April 21st, 2018. I will be visiting my sister around that time up in NY and we are both great fans of Brene’s work. Thinking about attending. Do you still have space available? Thanks!

    Hello Cate,
I am interested in taking the 6 week programming next spring. I’m currently reading Dare to Lead and looked up the Daring Way and found your name. I’m in the Albany area and am excited to learn of your practice. Looking forward to connecting.

    • Thanks for your note, Traci. I do hope you can join us in the Spring. I just led a Daring Way™ one day workshop in Saratoga on Saturday and will be scheduling another for Spring, as well as a three-day Rising Strong next summer in addition to this evening series. I look forward to meeting you.

    Hi Cate,
Do you have custom sessions? Specifically, do you have any program that would be suitable for a half day experience? My work team is a group of 8 Brene disciples, and we have an upcoming esprit d’core where we try to spend a half day planning our goals for the year, and a half day as a group don’t enrichment. What do you think?
