Join us for Wholehearted Women – Daring Greatly™, a life-changing, interactive three-day retreat. Together we will:

  • Identify the areas in your life where you long to be more courageous
  • Explore what it really means to be brave
  • Understand what holds you back
  • Quiet your inner critic; deepen your sense of worthiness and belonging
  • Identify your core values and claim your strengths
  • Let go of perfectionism and fear of what others think
  • Practice empathy and self-compassion
