How Values Light the Way: Do you ever have trouble diving into a new venture? It can be hard to know where to begin, especially if we’ve been disappointed. However, we never need to go it alone! In addition to the people who support us, we have our values to light the way. “A value is a way of being or believing that you hold most important” – Brené Brown. In this mini-workshop we’ll identify and reflect on our core values and what specifically supports our values. In addition, we’ll look at what happens when we struggle, feel overwhelmed and lose clarity and commitment to our values. We’ll also identify and celebrate when we most radiated our “light” by embodying our values. The exercises included are from The Daring Way™ and Rising Strong™ curriculum developed by Dr. Brené Brown.

Living BIG: Do you find that you spend time questioning the choices and motives of others? Or do you assume that people are doing the best they can? We are living in a time when judgment and finger pointing is rampant, draining us of vital life force energy. However, there IS something we can do about it. When we understand the reaction to judge and then begin to define and hold healthy boundaries, we are less likely to be devastated by disappointment and drained by resentment. Join the conversation and exercises of this mini-workshop to understand what it means to live BIG and cultivate this practice in your life. Based on the Rising Strong™ curriculum developed from the research and book by Dr. Brené Brown.

Trust and BRAVING: Where have you lost trust? How has your heart been broken? A relationship, career failure, health challenge? Without trust, there can be no real sense of connection or love, no willingness to be vulnerable and no sense of belonging. In this mini-workshop, we’ll explore this powerful topic and introduce BRAVING as a tool to evaluate where we got off track and how to get back on. In addition, we’ll explore how self-trust can be a casualty of our perceived failures. And we’ll have the knowledge we need to understand that trust and mistakes can co-exist. Based on the Rising Strong™ curriculum developed from the research and book by Dr. Brené Brown.
